Reneco has developed a design solution for a block heating unit HCU, which is designed for a residential building heating system from the city's heating network using an independent scheme for 250-300 kW.
Features of such a HCU:
a finished product that is placed on a frame and is ready for installation at the facility;
two heat exchangers operating in parallel at 50% capacity each for partial redundancy. The heating system will be able to maintain heat during the heating season in case of failure of one of the heat exchangers;
frequency-controlled pumps are used - one working, the other backup, the use of which provides for reduced power consumption and flexible operation in the heating system;
a control panel that includes a weather controller, which allows the temperature of the heating medium to be adjusted depending on the outside air temperature. This significantly reduces heat consumption;
built-in dry-running protection of the pumps;
the heating system is powered by the city's heating network;
recharge in case of leaks;
the possibility of dispatching and remote monitoring.
In the standard version, the following parameters are monitored:
outdoor air temperature;
outlet and return temperature of the coolant pipeline;
pump failure;
heating system coolant pressure below normal.
Optional:
heat carrier pressure in the residential building heating system;
heat carrier pressure in the city heating network supplied to the residential building.
